Who actually does the work?
A human founder working with AI systems — not a hidden offshore team, and not an unsupervised bot. AI does the heavy lifting; a person reviews every deliverable before it reaches you and is accountable for it.
Can I see work you've done?
abc is new, so we won't pad this page with a client list we don't have yet. What you can check is this site itself — the enquiry form and the chat bubble in the corner are built the way we'd build yours. Beyond that, the structure protects you: a fixed price, a deposit that's refundable before work starts, and the balance only once it works.
How does payment work?
You get a written scope and a fixed price before anything starts. Then a deposit to begin and the balance on delivery, through a secure payment link. You never pay the balance for work you haven't accepted — details in our refund policy.
How fast will I get it?
Your quote includes a target date. Small builds usually move quickly, but we give estimates, not guarantees — we'd rather under-promise than miss a date you planned around.
What if I'd rather build it myself?
Then the project spec alone might be all you need: after the deposit you receive a full written spec, and it's yours to keep even if you take it elsewhere. We also offer paid scoping on its own — the spec is the deliverable, credited against the build if you proceed.
What if the job turns out bigger than you quoted?
Then that's our problem, not your invoice. A fixed price means we carry the risk of misjudging the work — you're buying certainty, and that's what you're paying for. The only thing that changes the price is you asking for something outside the agreed scope, and that's always a written change order you approve first. Never a surprise.
What about AI mistakes?
They happen — that's why nothing ships without human review, why your agreement includes revision rounds and an acceptance window, and why the balance is only due once the agreed "definition of done" checks out.
